24 - 48 hours after your order is placed.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All of our samples are shipped out by the
US Postal Service. After you have received
your tracking number from us shipping usually
takes 5-7 business days depending on your
location.

Please understand that we are not responsible
for updating the United States Postal service
website, they update periodically throughout
the day. Once you get a tracking number
from us its out of our hands and on the
way and you will have it within 5 - 7 business
days. Shipping status will eventually show

MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT I WAS
NOT HERE, WHAT DO I DO NOW?
The postal service will attempt to delivery
your sample three times, after that they
will hold them at your local post office
for an additional three days so you will
have more than enough time to claim your
shipment. Be sure to check your shipping
status on our website once you receive your
tracking number to make plans to sign for
your sample once they arrive.
DO YOU WHOLE SALE?
We do wholesale our shoes and the minimum
order is 12 pair. Please email us for pricing.
DO YOU C.O.D.?
Sorry we do not accept COD orders, your
order will not be shipped out until payment
