Delivery Process
Shopping online can be an intimidating process for some or just
plain confusing for others. If you have ever purchased anything
online from a website that did not have a clear and simple delivery
process, then you probably know the frustrations. Here at We Got
Smells we appreciate your business and we want you to understand
our shipping process prior to placing an order so you will know
when to expect your package. Below is the exact step by step process
our staff takes when processing your order.
Pending - Waiting
for someone from We Got Smells to process your order.
Processing
- Order has been approved and we are attempting to fill your order.
Awaiting Tracking
- Your order has been sent to the warehouse for shipping.
Shipped
- Your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided.
Pending
- Once you have made a payment with PayPal or credit card (Visa
or Master card) your order is placed in Pending Status. Someone
from our credit department will review your order and verify that
your credit card information is valid and that the shipping address
you provided matches the address that the credit card statements
are sent to. Once your order has been verified your order will be
elevated to the next status. This process could take 1-2 business
days.
Processing
- Your order has now been approved and we will now attempt to fill
your order. Once we have filled your order, the status will be elevated
again.
Awaiting
Tracking - We have processed the batch of
orders that yours was in and sent it to the warehouse for shipping.
The warehouse then replies to us with the tracking information and
once we receive that we will update the status of your order to
"Shipped".
Shipped
- At this point your order has been shipped and you have been provided
with your tracking number. If you are located in the United States
you can track your package here. If you are located elsewhere,
then it is your country's national courier. Shipping can take up
to 10 business days to arrive within the US. However normally shipping
to western Europe and North American addresses can take up to an
additional 7 days.
